Amazing work from start to finish

Chris is a very nice man and installed the window well. But there were issues with the product details (e.g. handles facing wrong way, non-opening windows not properly communicated during sales process, final price incorrect) and issues with the more bespoke elements of the job that required significantly longer to install and re-work.

His quote was based on a thorough site survey and detailed measurements so we knew nothing was left to chance. The fitting was exemplary; everything was always left clean and tidy.  He ensured that every last finish and fitting was exactly to our requirements and was kind enough to be accommodating even when we changed our minds.  100% recommend.
