We had used this company previously and were pleased with the work and product. Unfortunately this experience was not as positive. There seems to be a lack of communication within the company as the wrong patterned glass was fitted and required a second visit to rectify this.

1. The installing company failed to notice that I was on the second floor so then charged about �1,000.00 extra for a MEWP: it was too late at that stage to switch suppliers. It was a mistake but I had to pay for that mistake.2. The beading was not what was ordered. Waste of my time for replacement and grubby finger prints over newly painted walls.3. The company was punctual but they were unreliable. The person I dealt with was always pleasant.4. Packing material left in base of windows. Glass left smeary.Your system to obtain a certificate is disgraceful. Just issue the certificate plea
